Project Overview
Ranck Plumbing, Heating, AC & Excavation was nominated for the last 5 years with the Lancaster Newspaper (LNP) Reader’s Choice Awards (RCA) for best Heating/Cooling Company, Plumbing Company and Water Treatment Company. The goal was to build awareness, increase community votes, and promote engagement across multiple platforms throughout the voting window. After winning in all 3 categories, I continued the campaign by designing a branded thank-you ad and recognition posts across print and digital channels.

Ranck has won the last 5 years as: #1 Heating/Cooling Company, #1 Plumbing Company, #2 Water Treatment Company in Lancaster County, PA.

Print and digital ads ran through LNP paper, website, Facebook, and X.
My Role
I led the full creative execution and campaign rollout, including:

Design Approach
The visual direction centered on brand consistency, community energy, and clear calls to action. I used animated GIFs on social media to boost engagement and created complementary static versions for organic reach. The "Thank You" phase of the campaign focused on warmth and customer appreciation, maintaining a unified visual tone while celebrating the win.

The campaign successfully energized staff and community participation, leading Ranck to win the Reader’s Choice Award for the last five years. Engagement increased across social media, and the follow-up thank-you materials helped solidify brand goodwill among existing customers and new audiences
